Professional and courteous, friendly and clean. Not only is the staff at this location great to work with, but also the support team over the phone. I was pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and really impressed that the snow was already cleared away. Top notch.

Kyle was super helpful and great. I needed a storage unit last minute as something had fallen through and was extremely over whelmed. But he let me look at two different storage units twice and went through everything step by step. I definitely reccomend.

I used the S Edgeware location a few years ago and again this month. I have a great experience every time. They have great customer service and go above and beyond to explain everything and make things as easy as possible. Units are extremely clean and fair priced. I would recommend using Storage Mart St. Thomas to anyone.
