I had a very positive experience renting from StorageMart. It began on the phone with a call to central office to enquire about and secure a storage space. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and efficient. I was able to get the info I needed and secure the space on a 15 minute break at work. After work I went to the actual site (155 South Edgeware in St. Thomas) to see the space and sign the rental agreement. I was greeted by Melissa, who was cheerful and friendly while being professional, and proved to be knowledgeable and very helpful. Customer service like I received in person and on the phone is what keeps me giving a business my patronage. From the outside grounds to the building to the unit itself, the whole place was clean and well kept, and the unit came with a free lock. There are also dollies and carts on site, which is immensely helpful. Based on all of the above, I have nothing negative to say about StorageMart and would rent from them in the future.
