Access Storage - St. Thomas

The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The paperwork was in in order and clear. When I arrived at the unit it was not swept and had chunks of white drywall/ plaster and mouse droppings. Before unloading my cousin had found that the fence was cut and there was an open spot directly across from the unit that I had rented. I have attached photos.

The main reason I gave five stars is because it was such a smooth process in canceling my storage unit. Customer service was exceptional! Everybody was helpful, polite, and above all no hassles when I was moving out. I used the storage unit for three months staging my house. I also appreciated if my move out date was in the middle of a billing: they wouldn’t charge me for the entire month. If I’m in need of storage again, I would use Access storage.

Interacting with all staff at White Oaks London Ontario has been positive and compassionate to my four year storage journey. I highly recommend Access to friends and family all the time.

I was able to communicate and complete the process of renting a unit before moving to the new house. The staff were very helpful and made the process better by not having me make a separate visit to their head office. We arrived at the storage facility and all went smooth. Such a relief when moving homes is stressful enough!! I will continue to recommend!
